Shipping Policy
We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed before 3 p.m. are typically shipped for next working day delivery. However, longer or heavier items may take up to two working days.
All products are shipped directly from TIMCO on behalf of Next Day Fixings to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Mainland UK Shipping Rates
- Orders under £85 (including VAT) – Subject to a £9.95 (including VAT) shipping charge.
- Orders over £85 (including VAT) – Qualify for free shipping.
Extra Charges
Orders shipping to the following locations will incur additional charges and may experience slower delivery times:
- Northern Ireland
- Highlands and Islands of Scotland
Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging upon delivery:
- Take a photo of the damaged item along with the delivery label (to help trace the claim through our logistics partner).
- Contact us immediately at info@nextdayfixings.co.uk to report the issue.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
✔ Unused and in its original condition
✔ In its original packaging with tags attached
✔ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Inspect your package upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel or return it, provided the item is:
✔ Unused
✔ In original condition
✔ With tags attached
✔ In its original packaging
✔ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at info@nextdayfixings.co.uk.
